What is RTT? (Rapid Transformational Therapy)
Hypnotherapy is all about being suggestible and it is acknowledged by the Royal Society of Medicine as a therapy that is effective for a whole variety of issues. In my training as a certified hypnotherapist, I work with you to enhance your wellbeing.
Hypnosis is not sleep. During your session with me I will guide you into a relaxed and safe hypnotic state where your nervous system will be deeply relaxed; this will allow me to have a conversation with your subconscious mind – the part of you that holds onto behaviours, thoughts, beliefs and pain that holds you back from enjoying life to the fullest. During this conversation you will be fully aware and when you understand the root cause of the behaviour or issue, you will feel empowered and even more empowered when you are free from it.
The entire session which is typically up to one and a half hours is divided into 3 parts.
The first part
The first part will be a confidential discussion about what is troubling you and how this makes you behave or feel. I will then demonstrate the simple hypnosis process to you. You will then be relaxed and ready to start hypnosis.
The second part
In the second part, whilst under a state of regression, I will be having a conversation with your subconscious mind to uncover the root cause of your issue.
The last part
The last part of the session will be focused on creating your customised cure and healing. This part will be recorded for you to listen to for at least 21 days or longer. Why 21 days? Because it has been proven that it takes a minimum of 21 days to rewire a behaviour or thought process and lock in the learning by repeating the new and positive suggestions for 21 days. Sometimes it may not take that long for you. Change is different for everyone. Some leave the session with an immediate and deep understanding of the cause of their former issue and feel relief from that moment onwards. For others the change is cumulative and gradual over time. For some it is retrospective, where you look back over some weeks and notice that an old behaviour or belief is no longer part of who you are.
In my session, we can effectively work through the issues that come to the surface in order for you to process a new beneficial outlook and beliefs that will hasten understanding, healing and rewiring of oneself for a healthy empowered life free from your problem.
